The purpose of this justification is to allow for an inclusion of Option Period three (3), a 12-month extension for additional work. OCIO requires an extension with the current contractor under task order (T)) 140E0421FO232, GSA contract GS-10F-0292V.
… Due to the continued need for service and insufficient time or transition between contractors, the Government will extend the current contract by adding Option Period (3). Although Option Period (3) will be a maximum of 12 months, it is anticipated that a new award will be executed no later than the second quarter (Q2) of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025.
