Objectives: Provide support to the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) in meeting the following objectives:
- Provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Software Support Services in order to devise, configure, operate, and maintain advanced artificial intelligence (AI) software systems with Image and Video Recognition and Alerting for PFPA mission sets, which includes processing software improvement requests, support, futures analytical reporting, program analysis, developing contractor’s Detection as a Service (DaaS) program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), developing process maps, and following agency-specific regulations. Contractor shall provide open-source analysis to provide early detection from open-source information utilizing AI, awareness of threatening communications to High-Risk Personnel (DoDI O-2000.22), the Pentagon Reservation, and leased facilities (DoD Directive 5105.68).
Scope: The contractor shall perform Systems Operations and Maintenance and Enhancement Services, to include technical, administrative, and professional services for the purposes of sustaining and optimizing PFPA/IID operations for the contractor software user agency community.
- Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) being written and approved in response to contractor and PFPA. Contractor is required to be a SME to ensure that any SOP that has a contractor software is maintained and complete.
- Serve as the on-site software point of contact help desk support for resolving user issues with contractor software.
- Develop, create, and de-conflict new PFPA unique software detection as a service, Project Numbers, Project Descriptions, geolocation, PFPA leased facilities identifiers, and HRP detections.
