The Joint Program Office (JPO) is requesting information pertaining to Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity (CS) support for the F-35 Lightning II JPO Foreign Liaison Office.
The scope of this contract primarily involves providing a comprehensive suite of Information Technology (IT) and Cyber Security (CS) services and support daily office productivity, collaboration, and communication needs of up to fifty (50) FLOs. The range of IT and CS services should, at minimum, consist of program and performance management, documentation management, requirements implementation, life cycle management, IT operations and maintenance, network consolidation and cloud support, and cyber security oversight, security controls implementation and monitoring, and incident response.
Technical Objectives. The Contractor shall provide all services and support in accordance with NAVAIR and DoD standards, Contractor shall provide FLO IT and CS services to operate F-35 JPO FLO IT network.
Operations and Management (O&M) Services. O&M services will consist of properly managing the life cycle of hardware, software, and services for the F-35 JPO FMS owned and managed network and standalone workstations for day-to-day activities. The Period of Performance consists of 12-month base period plus (4) 12-month option periods.
