The J-3/5/7 (including DISA CENTRAL Field Office) is seeking information from potential sources to support and maintain the ICT systems and networks with primary forward support element in Bahrain and a reach back support element at MacDill AFB.
The primary objective of this effort is to obtain ICT technical skills to support Department of Defense (DoD) efforts to develop action plans and promote a cohesive ICT strategy. This includes detailed planning support for the identification of end-to-end ICT requirements, development of effective and efficient solutions, architectural integration, and interoperability utilizing DoD approved tools World wide on line Systems (WWOLS) and DISA Storefront necessary to enable the command/control, information/intelligence, and collaboration/planning needs of all USCENTCOM stabilization and “long war” missions. The contractor performing under this effort provides Theater NetOps Center (TNC) support, logistician support, administrative support, analysis support, modeling, integration planning, and coordination support on efforts ranging from facilitating TNC support, infrastructure documentation, architecture development, acquisition strategy development, synchronized implementation planning, governance, supporting Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing/Synchronous Optical Networking fiber network, utilizing current approved management Operations support / transport Systems and Element Management System tools (OSS EMS-Ciena, DevOps, Netcool, RDP, Nu-Wave HP Device Manager etc) and policy facilitation documentation.
