ISA J-3/5/7 requires contractor support that allows the DISA CENTRAL Field Command to provide support to US Central Command (USCENTCOM) for mission mitigation for cyber operations. Support services include identifying potential risks, issues, and vulnerabilities as it relates to mission assurance cyberspace and defining and articulating mission assurance cyber detection, protection, management, response, and recovery. The technical support team shall be organized with the primary forward support element in Bahrain and a reach back support element located at MacDill Air Force Base.

LightGrid LLC has been providing the support satisfactorily for the last 5 years and understands the unique role that USCENTCOM has in its support of the area of responsibility.  There will not be enough lead time before the current option period ends to have any other vendor(s) in place contractually.
