The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has a mission requirement to provide technical analysis and program evaluation to support to:
- Develop and implement programs, policies, or organizations (i.e. evidenced based).
- Promote the effectiveness of specific strategies related to or used by a program, policy, or organization; and/or
- Evaluate factors that relate to variability I the effectiveness of a program, policy, or organization or strategies.
Support includes analysis of analytic and analytic enablement strategy, assess resourcing, evaluate and support refinement and creation of support agreements, providing technical writing, quality assurance (QA), and program reporting and analytics of DIA’s program evaluation operations.
Anticipated Performance Requirements (Base and Optional Tasks)
