DHS Sources Sought: Information Analysis Directorate Advisory and Assistance Services

The purpose of this effort is to provide administrative, programmatic, systems engineering, research analysis, and scientific support services to the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office’s Information Analysis Directorate (IAD).

The scope of this SOW aligns with the following objective and tasks outlined in the CWMD Mission Validation:

CWMD Strategic Objective

• Anticipate, Identify, and Assess Current and Emerging WMD Threats and Risks.

CWMD Mission Essential Tasks

• Coordinate with domestic and international partners to counter CBRN threats.
• Support and enhance the sharing and use of information on CBRN and incidents gathered from the intelligence community, law enforcement agencies, counterterrorism community, other government agencies, and foreign governments, as well as provide appropriate information to such entities.
• Conduct continuous analysis and assessments of CBRN threats IAD Essential Tasks – Provide intelligence, bio surveillance and data integration tools, products and expertise on CBRN and health security matters to support the DHS-CWMD mission.
• Lead the coordination, implementation, representation, and integration of intelligence, bio surveillance, and data to enhance the sharing and use of information on CBRN and health security threats.
• Warn and inform DHS Components and FSLTT operational partners of CBRN and health security threats by providing intelligence, bio surveillance, and data integration tools, products, and expertise.
• Conduct continuous analysis and assessments of CBRN threats and risks.

The period of performance for this task order is a one-year base period and four one-year options.
