DHS CPB Awards Indev $450M Contract for Emerging Technology Services

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has selected Indev as an awardee on the Emerging Technology track of the Enterprise Small Business (ESB) BPA.  This new $450M five-year enterprise-wide contract will be leveraged by all CBP components to meet mission and business needs through innovation and digital transformation services.

Indev will focus on empowering CBP by providing Digital Transformation, Software Development, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cybersecurity and Privacy, Cognitive Services (translation, chatbots), IoT Integration, Biometrics, and Blockchain services.

“As CBP’s preferred small business contract for emerging technology related services, we are ecstatic to leverage our proven delivery reputation across DHS to help modernize CPB’s technology ecosystem,” said Charlie Inman, Partner, DHS and Civilian Programs.  “ESB is our first prime contract win at CPB – a foundational acknowledgement that our dedication to the DHS mission is resonating with customers.  We have numerous staff who bring significant experience supporting the important mission of CBP and are passionate to get back to their roots.  We thank CBP in entrusting our small business to deliver the highest quality emerging technology services, building on our mantra to ‘Innovate and Deliver’.
