The contract aims to acquire support for strategic planning; performance management; program effectiveness evaluation; analysis, special studies, and research; technical subject matter expertise; facilitation services; end-user design graphics; information product development and other similar functions as directed by the Sector Management subdivision.
The contract intends to bolster national collaboration and information sharing. It will achieve objectives such as providing technical support in infrastructure security, facilitating National Plan implementation, offering sector-specific expertise, analyzing stakeholder requirements, developing best practices, promoting public-private partnerships, optimizing stakeholder engagements, enhancing information sharing with CISA partners, and integrating stakeholder insights for CISA’s mission advancement in cybersecurity resilience.
This contract includes high-level support to complete critical tasks for the Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) Governance, Critical Services, and Critical Industries Branches, within the Sector Management (SM) Sub-Division, SED.
The Contractor will offer technical, cybersecurity, and analytic expertise in national critical infrastructure security, resilience, public-private partnerships, information sharing, security assessments, interdependencies, risk management, and communication. Special focus will be on CI sectors of Sector Management (e.g., Chemical, Commercial Facilities, Critical Manufacturing, Dams, Emergency Services, Information Technology, Nuclear Reactors, Materials & Waste, etc.).
