Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Sources Sought: Decisive Action (DA) Follow On

The DTRA OI Directorate provides advisory and operational support to Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Interagency partners, and Special Operations Forces (SOF) to enhance Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) capabilities. This support includes campaign management, operational planning, sensitive activity integration, irregular warfare support, and WMD defeat advisory services.

The scope of this requirement will provide effective support of globally integrated operations, timely responses to WMD threats and activities, and enhanced collaboration with interagency and international partners. The anticipated contract will provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) to DTRA OI across multiple tasks, including:

Product Service Code: R499 and NAICS: 541990.  The estimated magnitude of this requirement is $338.5M.

Delivery Period: The Period of Performance shall be a twelve (12) month base period from the date of award with four (4), twelve (12) month option periods. Performance will occur at locations inside the CONUS and OCONUS.

Any resulting award for this requirement, anticipated to be a cost-type contract, will be a follow-on to existing tasks contained within the Decisive Action (DA) HDTRA1-23-F-0020 currently awarded to CACI NSS, LLC. This contract, if awarded, is projected to be awarded during the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2026
