The United States European Command’s (USEUCOM) NATO Intelligence Fusion Center and Joint Intelligence Operations Center – Europe (JIOCEUR) Analytic Center (JAC) located at Royal Air Force (RAF) Molesworth, United Kingdom are the primary European theater intelligence analysis and production centers responsible for maintaining situational awareness for 52 countries in Europe and the Middle East. Primary support is provided to U.S. warfighters, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and coalition partners. The JAC’s team of joint military service personnel, Department of Defense civilians, and Contractors is augmented by joint service reservists in five locations in the U.S. to provide 24/7/365 support. The U.S. element of the NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre (NIFC) provides command and control, administration, operational support, analysis, collection management, liaison, and other key intelligence functions to the NIFC.
The potential resulting contract will provide financial and acquisitions management, graphic design and visualization services, facilities management, and staff support services that support the entire range of the EUCOM NIFC and JAC staff missions and tasks. Elements include assistance in facilities and logistics, program management, and administrative support.
