DCSA intends to issue a sole-source letter contract to GovCIO, LLC for Tier 2 support services pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 (Unusual and Compelling Urgency). The agency has an urgent need for these services and believes that delay could cause injury to the Government. The agency believes that GovCIO is the only capable contractor that can begin work immediately upon contract signature. In accordance with FAR 6.303-1(e), the agency will prepare a justification for this contract within a reasonable time after contract award, as preparation and approval prior to award would unreasonably delay this acquisition.
