DCMA RFI: Chief Data Officer (CDO) Data Analytics Support

The objective of this Performance Work Statement is for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to obtain contractor support and expertise to support a broad range of analytical and data visualization, data exploitation, management consulting and support services for implementation of Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning (AI/ML applications in the Contract Administration field. Specifically, DCMA requires professional consulting and support services to assist with the full range of business intelligence program/project management services necessary to implement the DCMA data strategic direction, expected to evolve over the contract’s period of performance. These capabilities include a wide range of functional data management disciplines including: data exploitation/analysis, data visualization/dashboard strategy, application program/project management, and data management. The scope of this requirement includes the following DCMA Chief Data Officer areas: Functional Area 1: Advanced Analytics (includes predictive analytics) Functional Area 2: Dashboard and Data Visualization Functional Area 3: Data Application Development (Low code/no code- in POWER BI, POWER APPS, ADVANA, QLIK) Functional Area 4: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) Functional Area 5: Enterprise Architecture Support
