The contract requires the contractor to furnish all planning, supervision, and labor to perform Geographical Information Systems Development and Analysis, and support of the National Coastal Mapping Program (NCMP) and Dredging Quality Management (DQM) Programs to the Spatial Data Branch and Operations Division in Mobile, AL. The places of performance are predominantly the Mobile District Office, but certain aspects of DQM and NCMP have continental US requirements. Duties include, but are not limited to: (1) Design, development, and implementation of customized systems and solutions for Branch clients using ESRI’s ArcGIS family of client, server and online geographic information system software. (2) Develop and manage data in geodatabases using SQL, Oracle, and other RDBMS, (3) Perform common GIS tasks and customize ArcGIS graphical user interfaces (GUI).
