ACC-RI intends to make an award to Willco Tech LLC, 17 S Main St Ste 201, Akron, OH 44308-1803, for IASTAR software licenses and related support for the Army Training & Certification Tracking System (AT&CTS).
Market research was performed and information gathered in determing this company to be the only source for this requirement. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207(c)(15), the proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice does not constitute a solicitation-a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB)-and does not restrict the Government in any way regarding its ultimate acquisition approach.
