Aptive welcomes Megan Grobert to its leadership team. As Director of Civilian Health, Ms. Grobert oversees the creation and execution of growth strategies, enhances client relationships and ensures the successful delivery of projects across the federal health sector.
Ms. Grobert is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in federal health contracting and program management. She joins Aptive after serving as Vice President at Ipsos Public Affairs, where she managed a $70M public sector patient experience contract and drove business development initiatives for a $50M health portfolio.
In previous roles, Ms. Grobert managed complex projects, led cross-functional teams and executed strategic implementations to drive quality organizational improvements. She has spoken at several conferences on improving patient experience and patient-reported outcomes and contributed to various publications.
