Hathiant is an SBA-certified 8(a) small disadvantaged business specializing in IT Modernization, Digital Solutions, and Management Consulting services. Hathiant has over 10 years of experience in providing system integration support services for both federal and commercial clients, and is excited to combine forces with AcisTek’s experienced and innovative team of web developers, business analysts, and other subject matter experts.
Together, AcisTek and Hathiant will be able to leverage our partnerships with leading tech companies, such as AWS, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and more, allowing us to offer more options to our clients for customizable IT solutions and cloud hosting. Throughout AcisTek’s time working in the federal contracting sphere, we have forged strong relationships with a variety of civilian government agencies, such as HUD, HHS/ACF, and the Treasury Department’s Denali Commission. We intend to continue to nurture these partnerships as we transition to this new chapter, and are excited to explore new business opportunities with Hathiant’s partners in the public and private sectors.
All active AcisTek contracts will be seamlessly transferred to Hathiant, and company ownership will be transferred to Hathiant CEO, Vishal Hathiramani.
