DOI OWF has a requirement for continued services in support of the Integrated Reporting of Wildland Fire Information (IRWIN) for the Office of Wildland Fire (OWF).
OWF intends to issue a sole source contract to Innovate Inc, 6189 COBBS ROAD,
ALEXANDRIA VA. 22310-1626 under the authority of FAR 13.501(a).
It has been determined that Innovate Inc is most suitable for providing continuity of services in order to complete the current requirements needed for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and Developmental, Modernization, and Enhancements (DME) services for the OWF Integrated Reporting of Wildland ¿ Fire Information (IRWIN) system.
DOI IBC will be the procuring center for this effort.
