With a new name, the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (formerly called the Bureau of Information Resource Management), has made available the Department of State Information Technology Strategic Plan (ITSP) for Fiscal Years (FY) 2024-2026. This three-year strategy describes the agency’s technology and information resource goals, objectives, and priorities that support the Department’s diplomatic mission. “Emerging technologies and digitization are driving both opportunities and challenges for our global diplomatic mission.
