I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Executive Officer at ERT, Inc.! I was blessed with an invaluable 25 years at ICF, which allowed me to work closely with many amazing professionals that challenged and inspired me every day. I learned so much, developed lifelong friendships, and had the opportunity to contribute to many impactful projects for incredible clients. My career wouldn’t be what it is without all of the opportunities provided to me at ICF. But I’ve come to the point in my career where I’m ready to step out of my comfort zone and take on some new challenges. Over the last few months, I’ve spent time with many impressive leaders in our market and had the chance to really consider where I wanted to go next with my career. In the end, it was clear to me that I wanted to get back to working at the intersection of science, engineering and technology. This all has led me to ERT. I’m humbled by the opportunity to lead this incredible group of professionals as we embark on the next phase of their growth journey. Jingli and Peter have built an amazing company and I couldn’t be more excited to pick up the baton and build on their hard work.
