The Ask:
The NASA SEWP VI procurement has gone live and we have a team in place but we still could use additional partners to fill some gaps. We’re specifically looking for partners that can fulfill the following Technical Areas. Ideal partners would have capabilities and recent / relevant past performance with federal agencies in these areas, and ability to write a general technical approach for them.

Background:
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Information Technology Procurement Office’s (ITPO) 6th Generation of Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurements Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (SEWP VI GWAC) solicitation. The principal purpose of this requirement is to provide the federal government with an all-encompassing one-stop acquisition vehicle for Information Technology Product and Service Solutions.
As of Fall 2023 the “planned release date for the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about February 2024, with proposals being due approximately 60 calendar days later.” The Draft RFP and details from that period are available here.
The prior iteration of this GWAC, SEWP V consisted of over 140 pre-competed Prime Contract Holders, including more than 100 small businesses.
- 4c Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity standards, architecture, and engineering include assisting in designing and developing cybersecurity architecture and engineering taking advantage of modern technologies 80TECH24R0001- SEWP VI RFP Page | 37 such as the cloud, meeting Federal requirements, and enhancing the user experience. Cybersecurity and privacy services include providing services for continuous monitoring and threat detection, incident response and management, vulnerability management, cyber forensics, and analysis, implementation of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) risk management framework, and cybersecurity posture assessment.
- 8c Network Services
Manage a single end-to-end service provisioning organization that combines and streamlines LAN and WAN communications services for mission networks. Tasks, defined at the task order 80TECH24R0001- SEWP VI RFP Page | 38 level, may include but are not limited to Providing continuity of service for legacy custom data network solutions for point-to-point network connections and point-to-point copper and fiber optic circuits; providing Corporate Network Services, Corporate Voice Services, Corporate Data Services, Corporate Collaboration Services, Corporate Management and Operations, Mission Services, Mission Management, and Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Service Management, Strategy Generation, Cybersecurity Support, Cable Plant Services, and Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC).
- 10c In-Scope Training Services
Identify training requirements, obtain, or develop training programs and conduct training for technologies, systems, applications, and products. This includes but is not limited to: IT workforce development and competency-based training; training for personnel to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and testing of systems, applications, and products; training and knowledge transfer to technicians and other staff about services and associated products within the functional scope of the SEWP Contracts.
