Great Stuff. Thank you. NASA SEWP is positioned to fill the void left by the collapsing CIO-SP4 vehicle. A must win for any IT services contractor.

When you count up the actual number of small business Primes who won CIO-SP4, it is a very small numbers and most are JVs. One company had four wins alone (Over/Under). IF SEWP is able to deliver on providing services, the small business community will make VI a huge success, with NITAAC left in the dust.

Joe – Have you see adjectival ratings hold up in the courts for any recent large IDIQ or high profile contract?
