Plano-based Tyler Technologies has acquired ARInspect, a Fairfax, Virginia-based provider of AI-powered machine learning solutions for public sector field operations. Tyler also snapped up ResourceX, a Denver-headquartered leader in providing priority-based budgeting software to the public sector, to address key challenges faced in traditional budgeting processes, such as lack of funding and transparency.
