After an elongated battle that involved several Court challenges (logged into one consolidated case), it appears that the Court of Federal Claims has sided with the government and the awardee (CWS – who had actively intervened in the case) for this Air Force requirement seeking support services to operate and assure the availability of the Air Force Information Network (AFIN) to enable war-fighter mission execution.

In the United States Court of Federal Claims Nos. 23-1732 C & 23-1849 C Filed: April 10, 2024

“ALLICENT TECHNOLOGY, LLC, et al., Plaintiffs, v. UNITED STATES, Defendant, and COMPUTER WORLD SERVICES CORP., Defendant-Intervenor.
ORDER – For the reasons provided on the record during the status conference held on April 10, 2024, the defendant’s (ECF 54) and the defendant-intervenor’s (ECF 56) motions for judgment
on the administrative record are GRANTED, and the plaintiffs’ motions for judgment on the administrative record (ECF 55; ECF 57) are DENIED.”
