DOS to award sole source contract for Public Key Infrastructures (PKIs)

The Department of State (DOS) intends to issue a sole source contract to Easy Dynamics, Corp, McLean, VA to provide services outlined in the attached Statement of Work. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR Part 19.1506.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
