This is an Approved Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity Competition for Support Services required by the DOJ Civil Division (CIV) Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk and IT Program Support Services. This award serves as a bridge contract to maintain support for mission critical activities to which a gap in services would result in unacceptable disruptions. This bridge action is necessary while the Department completes a competitive acquisition that is currently underway.
