Dynamic Government Resources, LLC (DGR)— a joint-venture (JV) between Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) and BDR Solutions, LLC (BDR) — was awarded a prime contract on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology-Next Generation (T4NG) vehicle, a $22B enterprise contract solution spanning a wide range of Information Technology (IT) and Health IT services, including program management and strategic planning, systems and software engineering, enterprise networks, cyber security, and operations and maintenance. DGR was one of just nine (9) awardees on this highly competed T4NG On Ramp procurement, which aimed to expand the pool of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) eligible to compete for set-aside contracts for the remaining 5 years of the 10-year contract period of performance.

DGR is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved All Small Mentor/Protégé Program (ASMPP) joint-venture (JV) and Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE)-verified SDVOSB, HUBZone, and 8(a) Small Business. DGR is the culmination of a successful mentor-protégé relationship between BDR (protégé and JV managing partner) and FTC (mentor and JV partner). The company was built on the shared vision of FTC and BDR founders Ms. Vaseal Montgomery and Mr. Bob Rowe, both service-disabled Veterans. United by experience, goals, and service, they have dedicated their lives and companies to improving the quality and accessibility of care for our Veterans.

FTC’s CEO & President, Vaseal Montgomery, commented:

“DGR represents a complete integration of BDR and FTC capabilities and force multiplier as we leverage FTC’s experience managing 37 Task Orders (TOs) as a current T4NG Prime and BDR’s experience supporting multiple VA task orders as both a Prime and subcontractor. This landmark win for DGR enables us to continue our track record of exceptional service to the VA over the next five years and help our customers tackle extraordinary challenges in meeting VA’s priorities to deliver exceptional customer service, implement the MISSION Act, modernize the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and transform VA Business Systems. This win is the result of a long-standing partnership with our protégé BDR and upholds our corporate commitment to fostering a healthy and vibrant small business community and ensuring VA continues to have access to the best and brightest SDVOSBs in our industry.”
