ICE to award Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Contact Center of Operations Sole Source

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to issue a sole source modification to contract 70CDCR19FC0000007 to Capgemini Government Solutions for professional services at the ERO Contact Center of Operations (ECCO). The purpose of this modification is to create an additional period of performance from 02/23/2025 -02/22/2026. The services will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” As the incumbent, Capgemini is uniquely positioned to continue providing these services on an uninterrupted basis. Capgemini is the only contractor positioned to provide the required services without disruption through a future transition period, pending the new contract award.
