The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source contract to MORSECORP, Inc. (MORSE), 101 Main Street, 14th Floor, Cambridge, MA 02142, to perform independent Test and Evaluation (T&E) of GEOINT AI models, AI Enabled Systems, and Human-Machine Teams; and to maintain existing T&E infrastructure deployed to NGA cloud environments. The anticipated period of performance of the contract consists of a base period of nine months plus three 3-month option periods.
The proposed contract will provide continued T&E services to NGA and allow sufficient time to complete the procurement process for NGA’s follow-on enterprise T&E effort, EVERGLADES.
