The contractor will provide the following IT Support Services:
- Collaboration and Communication Tools
- Provision of licensing and support mechanisms for email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and document sharing.
- Information Management Office (IMO) Support
- Coordinate service definitions, manage oversight, offer guidance, and plan IT/IM requirements.
- Serve as the strategic partner for IT/IM coordination among the PEO, Network Enterprise Center (NEC), IMCOM Directorate-Readiness (ID-R), and IMCOM G6.
- Create, track, and manage SIPR token and account enablement requests for the PEO.
- Coordinate support of Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) laptops and DoD Mobility Classified Capability Secret (DMCC-S) phones with owning organizations.
- End-User Computing and Mobility
- Oversee the management of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Support bring-your-own-device (BYOD) initiatives.
- Install and maintain software and hardware components.
- Address break-fix and device replacement requests from the PEO Front Office, APEOs, and PMOs.
- Cybersecurity Support
- Collaborate with Cyber and Program Management Office Operations to address vulnerabilities and resolutions pertaining to tasking or operation orders.
- Work with NEC on cybersecurity incidents, including data spillages, malware, and phishing.
- Coordinate with NEC on software patching and testing.
- IT Training and Education:
- Provide training regarding IT tools, systems, and best practices.
- Promote digital literacy and an ethos of continuous learning.
- Ensure that the workforce adheres to annual training and agreement requirements necessary for maintaining network accounts.
- Disseminate periodic communication to the workforce regarding key actions related to computing equipment and processes.
