Nicole brings 24+ years of experience of public administration in Defense and Civilian agencies, strategic leadership, change management, business development, and operational management within the government contracting landscape. She has a proven track record of delivering measurable results, fostering innovation, and building collaborative partnerships to achieve organizational objectives.

Before joining A3 Consulting LLC, Nicole served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Acquisition at the Department of Treasury, Deputy Assistant Director at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Head of Contracting Activity at National Background Investigations Bureau/OPM, and Senior Procurement Executive at US Department of Education. In each of these roles, she led acquisition, contracting, annual spend, and mission critical contracts. Nicole’s expertise in Government procurement and contracting, organizational development, and change management, aligns perfectly with A3 Consulting LLC’s mission to provide cutting-edge solutions for government agencies.
