Process Support:

• The contractor shall use Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS), Technical Order (T.O.) Library or other official means, as identified by the government, to find technical order data. The contractor shall read and interpret the technical orders and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns to create routes, master configurations and composition lists.
• The contractor shall create and maintain spreadsheets containing properly formatted data elements based on the agreed upon naming conventions. The contractor shall sequence master configurations, composition lists, routes, and maintenance requirements.
• The contractor shall use the researched, validated, and formatted data from the spreadsheets to enter into the cMRO instance for testing purposes. The contractor shall create visits, transact labor and complete tasks to mirror production’s physical transactions. The contractor shall use the OCI and Functional Management Office Sandbox (FMOSND) for testing purposes. The contractor shall enter any issues found into Information System Management Tool (ISMT) to be shared with configuration team for resolution.

This effort is expected to be solicited restricted to SBA Certified 8(a) small businesses, but the government reserves the right to change course based on the results of market research and or a change in scope of work or not to solicit the effort at all.
