The Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio (AFLCMC/GBS), under the Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Directorate, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio is conducting market research seeking vendor interest for future development of the FLITES system.

The Government’s intent is to continue to develop and integrate new FLITES requirements.  The FLITES system is built on top of the Commercial of the Shelf (COTS) software from One Network, NEO and DoD Core. Agile principles shall be used to develop, configure, integrate, and deploy FLITES with a final product that is fully integrated, deployed, and operational within FLITE’s Cloud One environment utilizing a DevSecOps pipeline. FLITES will mandate a data driven approach to ensure FLITES satisfies applicable DoD and DAF policies. Any interested parties must have experience with One Network’s COTS products and the Cloud One environment and no other solutions will be considered.

The purpose of this RFI is for the AFLCMC Enterprise Logistic Systems (GB4) Program Management Offices (PMOs) to gather information about industry interest and capability to provide software licensing and technical support for FLITES. In responding to the Contractor Capability Statements detailed in Section 9., contractors must take into account all the experience and competencies as identified by the Government below:

  • Must be able to provide One Network NEO, DoD Core, and SDK licenses
  • Must be able to make modifications/enhancements to One Network’s core product.
  • Must have Cloud One experience.
  • Must have experience working with One Network COTS products NEO and DoD Core.
  • Must have experience following Agile development principles and experience in DevSecOps pipelines …

The anticipated Period of Performance will be up to five (5) years should a contract be awarded.
