NIH NIDA Sources Sought: National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) Cloud Transition Services

The Government is realigning its commercial cloud service requirements to better meet its requirements using preexisting contract vehicles (e.g. the NIH STRIDES program) as well as direct acquisitions.

Contractor shall provide cloud account management services to support transfer of cloud accounts as directed by the Government.

For each cloud account listed in the Schedule, the Contractor shall:

1. Make payment to the cloud vendor to ensure uninterrupted service while the Government determines the mechanism it will use to obtain the service going forward.
2. Assist the Government in working with the cloud vendor to transition the accounts as directed by the Government.

The anticipated period of performance is two months as the government transitions these services under its control.
