The Infrastructure Shared Services (ISS) Program in Enterprise Services (ES) supports various mission critical systems and services. In order to achieve its strategic goals and objectives, ES is seeking subject matter level expertise in the areas of program/project management, systems development, architecture engineering, systems integration, and operations and maintenance (O&M) support.
Requirements. The contractor shall support the ISS Program teams with requirements development to ensure that requirements relate to infrastructure requirements and are consistently developed. The purpose of requirements development is to produce and analyze customer, infrastructure, and infrastructure component requirements. The requirements development work includes three specific goals.
- develop customer requirements
- develop infrastructure requirements and
- analyze and validate the requirements.
The period of performance for any resultant award will include a one (1) 12-month base year period and four (4) 12-month option year periods.
