USU is seeking sources and any information to provide advisory services for USU with the Anthology student information system (SIS) and the customer relationship management (CRM) system called Anthology REACH. The vendor would help manage and assist USU in successfully implementing Anthology throughout a three-year implementation. The vendor would provide day to day project leadership to various USU departments, advisory services for implementation project activities, vendor management, risk management, and recommendations, as needed.
The vendor would provide USU Anthology Steering Committee reports regarding implementation risks associated with project implementation (i.e., staffing, technology, policy, and business practice) and develop mitigation plans in conjunction with the Assistant Vice President of Academic Records/University Registrar for a successful implementation. Additionally, the scope includes escalating issues that impact the project timeline and cost to USU leadership to find ways that clear project roadblocks.
