The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for the United States (U.S.) Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Cybersecurity & Communications Security (COMSEC) Program Support at 15 regional sites throughout the continental U.S.
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.
FORSCOM is seeking information from potential sources for cybersecurity and COMSEC program management, cybersecurity support, and COMSEC support. Key areas of cybersecurity support include cybersecurity policy/planning, cybersecurity readiness assessments, involvement in daily cybersecurity operations, risk assessments, training compliance, and program communication to ensure the presence of subject matter expertise and continuity in support, during the absence of military personnel. The key areas of COMSEC support include: COMSEC policy/planning, involvement in daily COMSEC operations, training and compliance specific to COMSEC, program communication, and Communication Security Logistics Activity inspection preparation support.
The anticipated Period of Performance is 1 June 2025 – 31 May 2030.
