SpRCO intends to award a Time and Material contract to provide services relating to acquisition, financial management support, logistics, engineering, and test-related activities to include acquisition studies, analyses, documentation preparation and review, assessments, cost analyses (including trade studies), and comparative logistics/ cost trade-offs of specific problems or areas of emphasis.
These efforts shall address contracting and functional support associated with the entire acquisition lifecycle framework. This contract will require the contracted company to have a security facility clearance and will require their contractors to obtain and maintain classified access eligibility.
