FedTec, through its joint venture New Generation Solutions, is proud to announce the award of a $3.79 million contract with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This contract, under the GSA 8(a) STARS III contract vehicle, will provide IT integration support for the IRS’s Taxpayer Experience (TXE) program, beginning September 19, 2024.
The goal of this task order is to enhance the IRS’s ability to offer streamlined and secure services to taxpayers nationwide. By improving the integration of key IT systems, New Generation Solutions will support taxpayer self-service capabilities and help reduce operational inefficiencies across the IRS.
