Scope: The Contractor will provide non-personal services for the external review and analysis of Women’s Health and Perinatal outcomes from the MTF’s, Networks and PSCFs against specified concurrent civilian maternal, fetal, and neonatal quality benchmarks. A database(s) that collects, analyzes, and reports data on various perinatal (maternal and neonatal) and women’s health metrics is essential to providing the required benchmarks as well as successfully accomplishing tasks outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services provided will aid DHA in determining best clinical practices and evaluating and improving the quality of care provided to the MHS beneficiaries. Services include but are not limited to program management, statistical analysis, reporting and documentation, healthcare Subject Matter Expertise analysis and support, healthcare database and analytics support. The Contractor will also advise and provide technical support in the areas of safety, quality, and access to knowledge of industry best practices. The Contractor will also provide program management activities that includes, but are not limited to, the following:
- Monthly Progress Report
- Performance Information Reports
- Quarterly reports
- Quarterly Report Comparisons and Summary Levels
- Quarterly Report Groupings and Measures
- Quarterly Report Time Period
- Quarterly Report Executive Summary DHA and Networks
- Quarterly PSCF Reports Quarterly Report Groupings and Measures
- Inpatient and Referral Analysis
- Civilian Delivery Analysis
- Perinatal Woman’s Health Reporting
The Period of Performance includes a 10-month base period, plus four (4) 12-month option periods.
