With a strong background in contact center leadership, sales, and customer relationship management, Ms. Perry brings more than 25 years of valuable expertise to her new role at Coast.
In her position as Director of Business Development, Ms. Perry will collaborate closely with the Business Development team, Client Service, Operations, and other departments to drive success in commercial BPO sales. Her focus will be on expanding Coast’s presence in the insurance market, with potential growth into other industries.
Ms. Perry is based in North Carolina and most recently held a position at a family-focused life insurance company for more than 19 years, where she honed her skills in client relations and strategic planning. Her proven track record in these areas will be instrumental in enhancing Coast’s market presence and fostering strong client relationships.
