The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General, intends to award a sole-source contract, in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), VAAR 806.302-570(a) and (c); VAAR 819.7008; and FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i) Authorized or Required by Statute.

The scope of work is to obtain comprehensive support in project management, business process reengineering, requirements analysis, and expert-level SharePoint (SP) and Power Platform (PP) subject matter expertise. This includes support from developers skilled in SharePoint architecture and implementation to support Microsoft’s application lifecycle management. The work will focus on redesigning and migrating existing SharePoint on-premises applications to SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Power Platform, including the development and modernization of business processes.
This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one year with one option; and this acquisition is intended to be awarded in September 2024.
