FEMA to award single IDIQ contract to Manhattan Associates in support of Logistics Supply Chain Management System Cloud (LSCMS-C) O&M

FEMA intends to issue a solicitation in order to award a single IDIQ contract to MANHATTAN ASSOCIATES, INC., in support of LSCMS-C Operations and Maintenance (O&M) requirements, in addition to completing remaining upgrade requirements. The contractor shall assist the Logistics Systems Division (LSD) Program Manager in fulfilling the operation and maintenance requirements for LSCMS-C.

The contractor shall provide personnel with the operations, maintenance and training expertise required to support the operation, maintenance, and user training for LSCMS-C. The contract awardee shall provide technical support for the latest upgrades of the LSCMS-C integrated Manhattan Associates systems.
