VivSoft Technologies, an emerging technology GovCon company and productized services consulting firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Bolchoz as its first Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Ryan joins VivSoft after more than two decades at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led a $165 million annual business unit providing an array of technology services to federal agency customers.
With 20 years of experience as a technology and consulting executive in federal IT services, Ryan has had pivotal roles in digital transformation and modernization successes across several federal agencies. He is a respected leader with a track record of proactive client service, operational excellence, and business growth. Ryan also brings experience and relationships working with several professional GovCon organizations.
As VivSoft’s CGO, Ryan will oversee the company’s growth strategy, capture, and business development, and mentor delivery teams for organic growth. Additionally, Ryan will align VivSoft’s research and development efforts and its ENBUILD product line with the overall corporate vision.
