The purpose of this pre solicitation notice to inform industry of the Government s intent to award a sole source contract to Oddball, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) (5), “Authorized or Required by Statute”, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5. Formal Solicitation and associated redacted Justification and Approval are anticipated to be posted to Contracting Opportunities on August 23, 2024, although subject to change.
