He has professional experience and expertise in quantitative research and statistical analytic methods including data analytics programming; assessing policy impacts and trends; healthcare outcomes and disparities research; multi-site intervention development, implementation, and evaluation; survey development and design; intervention curriculum development and testing; community engagement and recruitment strategies; and federal employment with contract and procurement experience.
