The Contractor shall provide the following capability delivery lifecycle management, configuration, enhancement/development, data management, and operations and maintenance. The Contractor must adhere to VA 6500 policies, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements including some products that are FISMA FedRAMP High classification, as well as some that are Moderate classification.
This PWS describes efforts to be delivered within the Eligibility and Enrollment Product Line (EE PL) and Veteran Experience Services (VES) Portfolio that will enable and support enterprise-wide improvements to customer experience and Veteran outcomes. The Contractor shall develop and iterate on existing and new platforms and systems with approaches that will be resilient to technical and organizational change and meeting Veteran, family member, caregiver, and internal and external end user needs across the agency instead of in silos.

The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be a base period of 12 months from date of award, with one 12-month option period(s) and 5 Optional Tasks.
