The objective of this effort is to provide software-agnostic field support for forward-deployed users of operational, advanced analytic intelligence support, as well as to provide technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems support.
Field services include engineering and technical administration, embedded data services, and analytical support and mentorship for workflow development, data source integration, and expert utilization of multiple software capabilities to solve information challenges, including those that are mission critical. The services will take place across the SIE, including Tactical Local Area Networks and other Department of Defense (DoD) military hardware and End User Devices.
The scope encompasses the SOF Enterprise defined as Headquarters United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC), Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), and all subordinate units, both in garrison and deployed. Other geographic locations may be added as required for global support to special operations missions. In addition, when work to be performed on site at MacDill AFB, FL, or other Government and Contractor facilities as assigned is not possible, remote work is authorized with prior government approval by the Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
