USMC Sources Sought: Marine Corps Enterprise Networks (MCEN) End User Remote Access Solution

The Portfolio Manager (PfM) Cybersecurity and Operational Services (CaOS) under Program Executive Officer, Digital (PEO Digital) is preparing for an upcoming procurement of a commercial product that enables remote users to securely connect to the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) from any external location with the ability to expand into Secure Service Edge (SSE) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) capability.

The specifications derived from the current EU RAS solution are outlined below. Table 3-1 lists technical specifications derived from requirements from the NGEN CPD.  Table 3-2(in SAM notice)  lists the specifications derived from the current EU RAS solution and the future SDP requirements, with a consideration also given to DoD Zero Trust (ZT) Activities and Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Deputy Commandant for Information (DCI) Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) ZT user stories.
