The contractor will be responsible for providing a cloud-based training system for the Air traffic control flight meeting all requirements in the SOW.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall provide all management, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary to complete the software contract agreement. During this five (5) year subscription period, the contractor shall ensure Services are operational and available to the 305th Airfield Operations Flight. Additionally, the contractor will provide troubleshooting and support during the base year period of performance.
The work provided over five (5) year shall include:
- ATCloud/ATSpeak Annual Subscription
- Five-year (5) subscription for 10 student licenses
- ATCloud access for Student, Class, and Exercise Management
- ATSpeak phraseology and skills trainer
- User documentation in softcopy (English)
- Five (5) years of Amazon Web Services commercial hosting and management
- ATSpeak Training Content Development
- Content will ensure 100% task coverage for ATC tower & radar training based
- on existing Position Certification Guides
- Hardware
- Ten (10) Apple iPads
- Ten (10) noise canceling headsets
- Up to five (5) days of system training
- Includes content development for System Administrator training.
- Phone and e-mail support during US East Coast business hours
The period of performance (content development, initial setup, configuration, and the 5-year subscription period) is expected to be sixty-four (64) months. After this period has expired, either the subscription and support function will terminate, or additional subscriptions with a Maintenance and Support package will be negotiated.
